| New To The Incubator Team |
| My name is Eric Krogman and I am the new Property Manager here at the US Incubator. My hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. if you need anything please don’t hesitate to ask. You can contact me via e-mail at eric@usincubator.com or call or text me at 812-457-3162. I’ll take a minute and give you a little background on myself. I have recently retired from the Evansville Police Department after 28 years in law enforcement. The last 14 years on the police department I worked in the special operations division in the Crime Prevention Unit. I’m married with three children and I live in Warrick county. I like to hunt and fish and spend time with my family and friends. If you see me around the properties and we haven’t met yet please introduce yourself, I’d love to meet you! Also if you have any questions or concerns or there are additional topics or items that you would like to see in future newsletters please let me know. |

| The Solar Eclipse will be in the afternoon of Monday April 8th. The incubator will have the parking lots blocked off, but the front (north) lot will be blocked with wooden barricades that can be moved if you or your staff need access to the lot. If you do move them please place them back and when you enter the building please keep the lobby door locked for the day.We have a new trash service here at the Incubator. Aces Disposal will be our new waste management service. Trash will be picked up on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Recycling will be picked up once a week on Monday. Cardboard only in the recycle dumpster please.The US Incubator would like to welcome our newest Incubite, Eric Varden! Eric is with AllState Insurance and his office will be on the 2nd floor of 815 John St. suite 110 He offers property, casualty, auto, homeowners and rental insurance.Suite 190 & 195, If you’re wondering what is with all the hustle and bustle going on at the far west end of the 815 John St. building in suites 190 and 195 is we are happy to let you know that Concept Sound & Light will be expanding into the additional 6,000 sq feet there and should be in by the end of April.The First Friday meal will be this Friday April 5th at 12 noon in the suite 120 kitchenette. This month we’ll be having fried chicken with all the fixings along with chocolate, coconut and fruit pies for dessert. Please stop by and join us! |

Don’s & Clayton’s Fine Dry Cleaning Service is available here at the Incubator. If you wish to use this service please contact route manager Bill Elliott at 812-774-8873 or wcbelliott@aol.com and he can get you a US Incubator route application to have your items picked up here Monday thru Thursday. The drop-off/ pickup area is the rack in the kitchenette on the first floor of suite 120.Here at the Incubator we have a paper shredder bin along with a copier/ printer for any of your office needs. All this is located at the end of the hallway on the far east end of the building of suite 110.As mentioned above on the first Friday of each month the Incubator hosts a FREE First Friday Fusion Networking Luncheon in the suite 120 kitchenette. We would love to have you and your staff join us. It’s a great opportunity to network with others here at the Incubator and get yourself lunch in the process! |

| As the warm weather approaches we’ll have more people walking around the neighborhood. Please remember to lock your vehicles and keep valuables out of plain view. Make sure your vehicle is a hard target for a potential theft by keeping those items out of view and dissuading the temptation of a possible theft. |
