Lease terms are flexible. One (1), two (2), three (3) and five (5) year terms are available. 

Amenities include: Free WiFi, parking, meeting/conference rooms, kitchenette, utilities,all CAM charges, secure paper shredder service, FedEx & UPS pickup, coffee service, fax machine, photo copier, private mailbox and on site security cameras.   

At the US Incubator we have abundant walk-up parking for your staff and customers. 

We will work to get you moved in according to the timeline that works best for you. Your move in date depends on the status of the property you will be leasing.

The Tenant Portal is an online tool provided for you at no cost. You will be able to:

1. Pay your rent online.
2. View your previous and upcoming payments.
3. Add your renter's insurance information (if needed).
4. Submit and track maintenance requests.
5. Obtain a copy of your lease.
