Grow your business at the US Incubator

I have been a tenant at the US Incubator for over three years, and I don't know where I would be without them. This isn't just a place to rent space, it's a support system that helps my business grow.

We have been renting various offices from Frank and Michelle Peterlin for over 10 years at the U.S. Incubator building on John Street in Evansville, IN. They are excellent landlords, and many services are provided over and above the offices at no additional charge. For those starting out, fax, copy, and Internet services are provided. There is a centrally located mail area. The environment is pleasant, with several plants and seasonal decorations in the lobby area.

Frank and Michelle have a cleaning/maintenance crew that keeps our reception area clear of trash and other debris. Floors are mopped regularly. In addition, a vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided for tenants to clean their own offices. This is especially good for us, because our office contains patient information that is HIPPA protected, and we cannot have a cleaning crew coming into our office. Trash services are provided.

Offices are available to tenants 24/7, with an electronic lock on the front doors. There is usually someone on the campus (except on weekends) if tenants forget their keys or have other problems. A phone number is always available to tenants with problems outside normal business hours. To promote camaraderie among the businesses and community, the Peterlins serve a “First Friday” luncheon free of charge to tenants and their guests.

The U.S. Incubator is an excellent choice for small businesses or for those starting out.
